What are the 4 Pillars that lead to optimal radiant health?

Hi everyone, welcome back to Radiant Health by Megan!


I wanted to post this video today because I’ve been frequently asked:

What exactly are you going to go over in your 12 Week Program and why should I choose you? Which is such a great question and I was so glad people are asking that.


First off, at our FREE consultation visit, we will go over what your current health goals are, what your struggles and concerns are.


For example…

Diabetics - you might want to lower your A1C and we will discuss different ways we can do that. We will go in depth over your nutrition and make sure you get a full understanding of carbs; what I call the good, the bad and the ugly. I will also go over non-nutrition aspects that might be affecting your sugars.


High Cholesterol - do you really understand what LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol and Triglycerides are? Well, I will make sure you do. We will go in depth over your fat nutrition. Again, I will also go over non-nutrition ways that might be affecting your cholesterol levels.


Struggling with Irritable Bowel Disease - we will go over your gut health and nutrition. If you didn’t already know, there is a mind-gut connection and we will go in detail on that.


Aside from those specific examples, included in the 12 week program I will be trying to improve on what I consider the 4 main pillars of your optimal, radiant health! Those 4 pillars are:

1 - Nutrition

2 - Physical Activity

3 - Stress

4 - Sleep

Over the past 10 years of being a Family Practice Physician Assistant, I have found that if these 4 pillars of health are truly balanced, you can achieve RADIANT HEALTH.



In addition to working with your current medical team, I will go over each of those pillars in depth during our time together. And you will have the opportunity to take on mini tasks or goals to help you achieve balance in these pillars. We will work very closely together and if you find yourself struggling with something, it’s ok, I will help you get over that hump. Your goals are my goals. Together we can help you achieve RADIANT HEALTH by balancing these 4 pillars of health.
